What is the difference between marble, granite, and quartz?
Granite is very hard, made of crystallized minerals, and is ideally suited for use in kitchens and bar tops. Marble is porous and is most often used in vanity countertops, showers, and fireplaces. Quartz is man made material. It is harder than granite and can be used everywhere.

Is it safe to chop, cut or prepare foods directly on a granite countertop?
It is not recommended to prepare foods directly on your countertop. Since granite is harder than steel you will dull your knives quickly and easily.

Can I damage my granite countertop?
Yes, granite is susceptible to damage from forceful impacts. You should avoid dropping heavy objects or sliding items with sharp corners on their surfaces. Granite that has not been sealed can absorb liquids and stain.

How thick are the slabs of granite that you offer?
The slabs come in two sizes 3/4″ and 1 1/4″.

How to clean granite countertops?
All cleaner is okay with Granite or quartz countertops. please do not use steam cleaner which will make the countertop sealer go weak faster, and Please do not use Blanch.
